This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows:
To establish:
- the efficacy of manipulation of nasal fractures under local anaesthesia in terms of cosmesis and nasal airway patency;
- whether local anaesthesia can provide effective analgesia and anaesthesia in nasal fracture manipulation and reduction.
