This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows:
  1. To assess the efficacy, safety and vaccination coverage of combined DPT-HBV vaccine in comparison to separate DPT and HBV vaccines administered to children up to two years of age.
  2. To summarise current evidence on the (incremental) resource use, costs and cost-effectiveness associated with combined DPT-HBV vaccine in comparison to separate DPT and HBV vaccines administered to children up to two years of age.
