This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows:
Primary

To determine the effects of ACTs on the rate of acute exacerbations, rate of hospitalisation and QOL in individuals with acute and stable bronchiectasis.

Secondary

To determine whether:

  • ACTs are safe for individuals with acute and stable bronchiectasis;
  • ACTs are effective in individuals with acute and stable bronchiectasis.
