This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows:

The objectives of the review will be to evaluate the efficacy of simplification maintenance regimens with triple-nucleoside combinations or NNRTIs compared with continuation of PI regimens in patients with undetectable viraemia.
