This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows:
The objective of this review is to determine the effectiveness and safety of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of acute and prolonged opioid withdrawal syndrome in comparison with placebo or conventional interventions for example clonidine, methadone and buprenorphine, etc.
