This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows:
Primary Objectives
To assess the effects of topical pharmacological agents, iontophoresis, systemic agents, botulinum toxin injections, and surgical techniques in people with idiopathic hyperhidrosis.
Secondary ObjectivesTo determine what characteristics, if any, of idiopathic hyperhidrosis such as site (e.g. axillary or palmar), duration, and severity influence the effects of the treatment.
